| Dr. Devorah Feinbloom A friend referred me to Zack in the spring of 2004. Not being computer savvy, I had many, many questions and Zack was very patient, listened, and answered all my questions in detail. He gave me a lot of his time. It took me quite awhile to figure out the exact focus of my site but once I got clear, Zack was right there with me, designing the test site, keeping me updated with emails, phone calls. He was quite enthusiastic about how we could approach my goals with a web site offering many different ideas to think about and letting me know what was possible. There were lots and lots of things to be discussed, evaluated and rethought and I felt totally respected all the way through the process. I felt like Zack was on my team. On a special note, I felt that Zack appreciated the work I do, and therefore had deeper insight into the type of web site I was trying to create. I put an advertisement in a magazine with my web site on it and by doing so I gave myself a deadline to have my site up by March 1, 2005. Zack let me know that he would have everything done and sure enough, the day before my deadline the site was up and running. I feel very proud when I tell someone to go to my site. It has all the features I want to get someone to come into the site, sign up for classes, or newsletters, and there is a way I can update the site from my home.
